A Magnetic Roll Separator (also known as a High Intensity Magnetic Roll Separator) is an industrial machine designed to separate weakly magnetic materials from non-magnetic or less magnetic materials using high-intensity magnetic fields generated by rare earth magnets.

�� Working Principle:

1. Feeding System:

   • Material is evenly fed onto a moving belt or vibrating feeder, which transports it toward the magnetic roll.

2. Magnetic Separation:

   • The material passes near or over the high-intensity rare earth magnetic roll.

   • Magnetic particles are attracted to the roll and held there while non-magnetic particles fall off naturally.

3. Discharge:

   • The magnetic material is carried by the roll to a discharge point, then released by mechanical means or by exiting the magnetic field.

   • Separate chutes collect magnetic and non-magnetic fractions.

• Uses NdFeB (Neodymium Iron Boron) magnets for very high magnetic field gradients (up to ~20,000 Gauss).
